On (b)(6) 2019, patient underwent an extreme lateral interbody fusion procedure at l1-l5 levels.The procedure was completed successfully.On (b)(6), a posterior fusion was performed with no reported events.Proximal junctional kyphosis was confirmed postoperatively as well as a screw back out at the l1 level.A revision procedure was performed on (b)(6), where the back out screw was replaced and the fixation was extended, th10-s2ai, as per reporter no nuvasive hardware was removed.
