Event Description
The account alleges that during a follow up appointment 48 hours post mechanochemical ablation procedure, the clinician identified thrombophlebitis within the patient's vein.The patient was treated by the physician and was discharged to home only to be admitted to the hospital 24 hours later with a gram-positive infection.
