Date of event: (b)(6) 2017.Date of report: 02july2019.The manufacturer's field service engineer (fse) was dispatched to the site and confirmed the reported problem.The manufacturer's field service engineer replaced the lcd display to resolve the reported issue.The cracked top enclosure was also replaced.
 
Event Description
The customer reported a ventilator with a display that was too dark, not adjustable.The customer reported that there was no patient involvement.
