Event Description
It was reported that tis left ventricular (lv) lead was explanted due to impedance issues and pacing not delivered when required which were related to a lead fracture.This lead was successfully replace.A surgical intervention was necessary, therefore, this is considered a serious injury.No additional adverse patient effects were reported.
