Event Description
An everflex entrust device was used for patient treatment as per ifu in the right superficial femoral artery with moderate calcification and 80% stenosis with moderate calcification.Artery diameter 5mm, lesion length 10cm.The device was prepped as per ifu.The lesion was pre-dilated, no resistance was encountered, or excessive force used to advance the device.The device did not pass through a previously deployed stent.It is reported the physician encountered difficulty deploying the proximal of the stent, reporting the stent opened badly.A 0.035 balloon was used to dilate the stent but became stuck on the proximal of the stent.Another 0.014 balloon was used to dilate the stent.No patient injury reported.
