On an unknown date, a patient underwent a procedure for the placement of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (peg) tube with jejunal (peg-j) tube.On (b)(6) 2019, a buried bumper was discovered, and the patient was hospitalized until (b)(6) 2019.On (b)(6) 2019, the peg-j tubing was removed and the stoma was closed.On (b)(6) 2019, new peg-j tubing was placed.
