The actual device was not available; however, a photograph of the sample was provided for evaluation.Visual inspection of the photograph revealed a large air pocket in the fluid of the device¿s bladder. This condition typically occurs when air pocket is not removed from the syringe prior to filling the syringe with fluid. As a result, the air pocket inside the syringe is pushed inside the bladder during fill. The reported condition was verified. The cause of the condition was not determined.A batch review was conducted and there were no deviations found related to this reported condition during the manufacture of this lot.Should additional relevant information become available, a supplemental report will be submitted.
