Event Description
It was reported that the caller wanted help checking therapy and that the device was on.They said the patient walked through a store¿s metal detector and it may have affected their therapy.The caller stated they had extreme movements and had been ¿pretty off¿ and ¿not quite right¿ for the last few days since the event.Patient services walked the caller through checking the ins and the status was on/ok.Current therapy was l: 3.8, r: 3.5 on group a.

Event Description
Additional information received from the healthcare provider (hcp) reported the device was removed and returned due to normal battery depletion on (b)(6) 2021.
 
Manufacturer Narrative
