On (b)(6) 2018, a patient underwent a procedure for the replacement of jejunal (peg-j) tube.From (b)(6) 2019 to (b)(6) 2019, the patient was hospitalized for an inflamed small intestine and abscess near the tip of the j tube.The patient was placed on unknown intravenous antibiotics but was not discharged on antibiotics.The peg and j tubes were removed while in the hospital.
