Event Description
Additional information was received stating the cause of the coupling issues was due to the patient not knowing the correct area to place the charger.The harness they had did not work over clothing.The patient tried tape to hold the charger so that patient did not have to hold it the whole time.The issue had not resolved but the rep was sending the patient a double backed sticker.The patient confirmed they could charge the ins.

Event Description
Information was received from a consumer regarding a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins).It was reported that the patient had an rechargable cell (rc) implanted on (b)(6) 2020.The patient was using the recharger and got six coupling bars and then the bars went away.The patient did not get education on how to use the recharger after implantation.Patient services reviewed recharging.The ins was charged to 75% and the patient would wait a couple more days to try and recharge again.No symptoms were reported.No further complications were reported/anticipated.
