Event Description
|
During index procedure, a medtronic thermal ablation system was used during procedure.Six days post procedure, patient suffered endovenous heat induced thrombosis with thrombus extension measuring 5mm into the common femoral junction.Patient recovered.Investigator and sponsor assessed event is causally related to device and procedure.
