On 26 june 2020, neotract was made aware of a patient who underwent a successfully completed prostatic urethral lift (pul) procedure on (b)(6) 2020.It was reported that the patient had no prior history of anticoagulant therapy.Later that day, he was admitted to the hospital and a ct scan revealed a pelvic hematoma.He experienced a downward trend of hemoglobin levels over two days requiring a transfusion of three units of prbc.The patient was hospitalized for a total of six days.On (b)(6) 2020, the patient's hemoglobin levels normalized and no additional intervention was required.The physician reported that the patient is doing well and that his bph symptoms have improved.
