Event Description
According to the reporter, the tpe of the catheter was thin and rough and it was damaged.The patient had a blood nose, but they put pressure on the nose and cold cloth at the back of the neck and the patient left the ambulatory with a "fine and stable" condition.There was no medical intervention performed and there was no user harm.
