During patient use, the autopulse platform (sn: (b)(4) stopped compressions and displayed user advisory (ua) 45 (not at "home" position after power-on/restart) error message.The ems crew re-started the autopulse, and a few compressions were performed; however, the platform stopped compressions again and displayed the ua45 error message.The user re-started the autopulse and compressions were performed with no interruptions until the end of the call.Patient's status information was requested, but the customer did not provide a response; therefore, patient's status is unknown.Later during shift check, while testing the device with a manikin, successful compressions were performed, and the user turned off the autopulse platform.However, when the autopulse was powered back on, the platform displayed the ua45 error message again.The user attempted to clear the error message by following the troubleshooting steps in the administrative menu; however, the attempts were unsuccessful.
