Event Description
Manufacturer representative reported health care provider removing the bent stylet and then tried to insert the straight stylet, but it felt like it was stuck and it wouldn't advance; health care provider then tried to put the bent stylet back in the lead and that wouldn't advance either.Health care provider ended up using another lead and that resolved the issue.Rep will send lead back for analysis.No symptoms reported.
