Event Description
The customer called into technical support (ts) reporting that the device is displaying a diagnostic code of blower temperature high and battery failed.The device was in clinical use at the time the reported issue was discovered; however, there was no harm to the patient or user.

G4:17feb2021.B4:22feb2021.H11:g5:k102985.H10: the customer reported that the issue was found during the setup of the unit, no delay in therapy, no medical intervention, no harm to patient or user.The customer confirmed the reported problem via a diagnostic code of blower temperature high.The customer was advised to reproduce the reported problem but was unable to and performed preventive maintenance before returning the unit to service.Submission of a report does not constitute an admission that medical personnel, user facility, importer, distributor, manufacturer, or product caused or contributed to the event.
