Asr litigation records received.Litigation alleges pain, suffering, fatigue, emotional distress and elevated chromium and cobalt level in the blood.Plaintiff is seeking compensation.Doi: (b)(6) 2007; dor: (b)(6) 2018 ; left hip.
 
Event Description
Revision notes stated that the head initially dissociated from the taper, and then the taper was knocked off the trunnion.Exposed surface appeared to be corroded.
