Event Description
It was reported that during the implant procedure, the spacer was being deployed and a cracking sound was heard while twisting the driver.The implant procedure continued.When the driver was disconnected from the spacer, the spindle cap was found to be cracked.The device remains implanted in the patient and no further action will be taken.
