Event Description
On 2020-nov-03, information was received from a manufacturer representative (rep) regarding a patient receiving baclofen (200 mcg/ml, 106.5 mcg/day), clonidine (400 mcg/ml, 213 mcg/day), dilaudid (30 mg/ml, 15.978 mg/day) and bupivacaine (32 mg/ml, 17 mg/day) via an implantable pump for spinal pain.It was reported the pump went empty on 2020-oct-28 per logs and the patient has gone through withdrawal symptoms.They planned to fill the pump on the date of call and check for volume discrepancies at next refill.

Event Description
The rep reported that the reason the pump¿s reservoir was empty is because the patient did not arrive for his scheduled refill shortly before.
