Event Description
Information was received from a healthcare provider via a manufacturer representative regarding a patient with pre-operative diagnosis of disc degenerative disease.It was reported that intra-op, when cage was put on the cage holder and punch into the l4-5, the cage broke at the cage holder and cage connect place.There were no patient symptoms or complications associated with the event.
