Event Description
Information was received from a healthcare professional regarding a patient receiving gablofen (baclofen) 2000 mcg/ml for a total dose of 810 mcg/day via an implantable pump.It was reported the patient missed a refill of the pump and the reservoir was empty on (b)(6) 2019.It was noted the pump was refilled on (b)(6) 2020 and the hcp was aware no priming was needed.The hcp was wondering about decreasing the dose due to the pump being empty since (b)(6) 2020.The patient was having no therapy issues and was taking oral baclofen for a few days.The hcp was redirected to speak to a pharmacist with the drug company regarding the dosing question.The event date was (b)(6) 2020.No further complications were reported.
