Event Description
|
The customer reported that the unit had blower temperature high alarm when the unit was in use.The customer reported that the unit was in use on the patient, but no patient harm was reported.Patient information was requested from the customer, but no response was received.The customer contacted product support and reported blower temperature high error in the significant event logs.The caller advised that the air inlet filter was not dirty and the cooling fan is working.The caller advised that the unit has been running with a pressure of 65 and temp is 61.7 degrees.The caller indicated he is unable to duplicate the error.Product support advised the caller that the blower assembly is the suspect per the service manual.The biomedical engineer replaced the blower to address the reported issue.
