Date of event: (b)(6) 2020, date of report: 17dec2020.
 
Event Description
The customer reported blower overheating alarm when powered on.The device was not in clinical use at the time the issue was discovered.There was no patient or user harm reported.The customer advised there were no significant errors in the logs.Philip's remote service engineer (rse) advised the caller to perform a full performance verification test (pvt) to help diagnose the issue.
 
Manufacturer Narrative
Following the evaluation and testing of the device, the customer was unable to duplicate the error.The device passed testing.No other abnormality was observed.
