Event Description
Additional information was received from a healthcare professional (hcp). The hcp reported that the sutures that were visible were possibly suture material from the current system (which was still functioning) or remnant suture from the patient's known erosion that happened in 2017.The device impedances were within normal limits at follow-up.The patient had no symptoms related to the lead being left in their body and no further action would be taken to remove it in the future. The cause of it being left was unknown, but they noted this was most likely the old suture because the current system was functioning properly.
