H10: the device was received for evaluation.A visual inspection was performed and found exposed wires of the scale cable in two separate areas.The reported condition was verified.The cause of the condition could not be determined.A service history review revealed no indication that the parts replaced caused or contributed to the reported event.Should additional relevant information become available, a supplemental report will be submitted.
