Information was received from a healthcare provider regarding a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for gastrointestinal/ pelvic floor.It was reported that the caller was a doctor of medicine to whom the patient was referred, but the caller did not work with the patient's type of gastric stimulator device.The reason for the call was to get physician listing information.The caller stated that the patient was having issues with the device.When asked for additional details, the caller indicated that the patient did not know if the device was working and the patient was having problems with the pocket; the device was starting to erode toward the skin.Troubleshooting was not required and the issue was not resolved through troubleshooting.Physician listing information was provided to the caller.
