Information was received from a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for urinary dysfunction/sacral nerve stimulation and gastrointestinal/pelvic floor. It was reported that they got a new device on (b)(6) 2021 and they were still having urinary symptoms. They increased from 0.2 volts to 0.3 volts and it started hurting their leg, so they decreased to 0.2, which was comfortable, but they were unable to empty their bladder. They said their doctor had a hard time getting it implanted. They were redirected to their healthcare provider to further address the issue.
