Details of complaint: the customer reported that the central nurse's station (cns) suddenly rebooted on two occasions. No patient harm was reported.Investigation summary: the cns logs, dump files, and logsave files were sent in for analysis. In our analysis of these files, no abnormality was found in the os or hardware. Also, when the restart occurred, the screen application terminated abnormally, but the dump file was not created, and the cause could not be identified. We requested network capture of four cnss as well as captured data of the eg server, but they could not be obtained and resulted in investigation termination. The clear cause could not be determined because the requested information could not be obtained.Actions for the customer if the same event is reported again, please get the network capture logs directly related to the cns and eg server. The analysis concluded that no malfunction of the cns was observed. In order to understand the issue further, more data needed to be obtained.Service history for this serial number shows no related events.
