Event Description
It was reported that impedance for electrode 1<(>&<)>3  is at 137 ohms.Technical services(ts) reviewed with the provider that mri is not recommended given the short circuit.Patient programmed on 0+2- and 0+1- in group b.Issue with impedance has been there at least several years.Provider also mentioned that patient's symptom relief has not gone well through the years and he is thinking of revision.
