The customer reported left ocular exposure to the reagent from the binaxnow covid-19 ag card test kit which occurred on (b)(6) 2022.The ocular area was flushed with water although was irritated.No additional patient information, including treatment and outcome, was provided.

Correction: a2.A product deficiency was not reported or found.Technical service provided the safety data sheet and consumer contacted chemtrec emergency services and flushed exposed area with water.A supplemental report will be provided if any additional is obtained.
