Manufacturer Narrative
If information is provided in the future, a supplemental report will be issued.

Event Description
It was reported that the right ventricular (rv) lead had an alert for high/undefined superior vena cava (svc) coil impedance. It was also noted that the svc coil had variable impedances.Reprogramming occurred and the lead remains in use.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.

Event Description
It was further reported that the lead also triggered an alert for high rv defibrillation coil impedance and that rv coil impedance fluctuations had also been observed.

Event Description
It was further reported that the rv lead had become fractured, had decreasing impedance that became low, and intermittent oversensing. An x-ray revealed that the lead appeared to be ¿coiled¿, it is suspected due to twiddlers syndrome. The lead was capped and replaced. No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
