Event Description
It was reported approximately a week post implant that the right atrial (ra) lead exhibited high thresholds, high impedance, oversensing/ noise as the lead pin was not seated in the header fully.A revision was performed and lead was reconnected.The implantable pulse generator (ipg) and ra lead remain in use.  no patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
