Event Description
Device report from synthes reports an event in (b)(6) as follows: it was reported that a pin fractured in the procedure.The patient was impacted, it was not possible to extract the fragment.Procedure was completed.This report is for one (1) k-wire ø1.6 l150 sst.This is report 1 of 1 for complaint (b)(4).
