Event Description
According to the reporter, the patient underwent a laparoscopic appendectomy.Post operatively, the patient experienced pelvic pain, vomiting, nausea, trouble maintaining healthy weight.It was discovered during a second laparoscopic procedure that a staple had dislodged and was embedded into the pelvic wall.The patients treatments included additional procedures, prescribed medication.

According to the reporter, the patient underwent a laparoscopic appendectomy.Post operatively, the patient experienced abdominal pain, serosanguinous umbilical drainage, tenderness, pelvic pain, vomiting, nausea, trouble maintaining healthy weight, abdominal pain.It was discovered during a second laparoscopic procedure that a staple had dislodged and was embedded into the pelvic wall.The patient's treatments included additional procedures, laparoscopy, additional surgery, removal of "clip" from pelvic wall, and prescribed medication.
