Event Description
It was reported that everest devices do not maintain pressures when deploying stents and balloons.A pressure greater than 12atm was applied to the everest devices.It is uncertain if the needle returned to zero during deflation.It was also reported that there were times where the everest would not hold negative pressure when prepping a balloon.It was stated that the make of stents and balloons used were not known exactly as various were used.A stopcock was connected between the everest and the other devices.No patient injury reported.
