This follow-up report is being submitted to relay additional information.The following sections were updated: b4, b5, d4, e1, e2, e3, g3, g7, h1, h2, h10.Visual examination of the provided photograph identified that the device is worn and etching is illegible and discolored.Device history record was reviewed and no discrepancies were found.Root cause was unable to be determined as the necessary information to adequately investigate the reported event was not provided.If any further information is found which would change or alter any conclusions or information, a supplemental will be filed accordingly.Zimmer biomet will continue to monitor for trends.

This follow-up report is being submitted to relay additional information.Visual examination of the returned product identified markings on the depth gage are faded and worn.The results of the original investigation have not changed.A definitive root cause cannot be determined.If any further information is found which would change or alter any conclusions or information, a supplemental will be filed accordingly.Zimmer biomet will continue to monitor for trends.
