|
According to the reporter, during the laparoscopic cholecystectomy, while clipping the blood vessel and after loading, the handle became unable to be squeezed.The jaws could not be closed. it was also stated that it could not be removed from the 5 millimeter port, so it was removed together with the port.Another product was used to resolve the issue.There was no patient injury.
