Event Description

According to the reporter, during laparoscopic colectomy, while the blood vessel was being clipped, there was strong resistance when it was inserted into a five millimeter trocar.When the product was inspected visually, there was a protrusion about five centimeter from the tip, and the insertion was difficult because it got stuck.The use of the product was discontinued and was replaced with a new one to resolve the issue.There was no patient injury.
