Event Description
Information was received from a healthcare provider regarding a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for gastric stimulation and gastroparesis.It was reported that the device was removed because it was non responsive.

Event Description
Additional information was received from the hcp.They stated the cause of the non responsive device was due to battery end of life, expected due to age.They stated the issue had been resolved, surgical replacement of device only.Mdr decision updated to not reportable.No additional supplemental reports are required unless additional information received indicates a reportable event.
