Event Description
It was reported that the feeding tube came out without notice and the stoma closed.The family member contacted the health care provider at the emergency room who confirmed that he could not do anything because the orifice was already closed.No injury was reported.The patient was hospitalized and scheduled for replacement on (b)(6) 2022.No additional information was provided.
