Event Description
It was reported that a shaft break occurred.A 3.75mm x 8mm quantum maverick balloon catheter was advanced for dilatation.However, during the procedure, the physician felt that the device did not enter smoothly into the patient.The catheter was withdrawn, and the catheter had a crease and was broken.There were no patient complications reported.
