Event Description
It was reported that labelling issue was encountered.A 3.00mm x 20mm emerge balloon catheter was selected for use.However, upon opening the box, it was noted that there was actually a 3.00 x 20 nc emerge balloon inside.The nc balloon was not used and the procedure was completed with a different device.There were no patient complications reported.
