Device report from synthes reports an event in japan as follows: it was reported on an unknown date that the patient underwent a primary posterior fusion in the thoracic vertebrae (th1-4) for treating thoracic myelopathy on (b)(6) 2022.It was found on (b)(6) that the transverse connector had been damaged.The patient underwent a removal procedure on the same day.No further information is available.This report is for one (1) snap-on transverse connector l30-33 f/r ø.This is report 1 of 1 for complaint (b)(4).
