Event Description
It was reported that the ventilator during set up had no tidal volume.There was no patient involvement.The customer troubleshot with technical support and was advised to run unit on test circuit at set parameters and try to duplicate event, tidal volume (vt) display should populate within two breaths with no alarms activated.The customer was also advised to perform performance verification test (pvt).Further information has been requested.If additional information becomes available at a later date, a supplemental report will be submitted.
 
Manufacturer Narrative
H10: multiple good faith efforts were made to retrieve device evaluation, repair, and operational status on 08/09/2022, 08/23/2022 and 09/21/2022, however, yielded no response from the customer.It is unknown if any parts or repairs have been conducted.The complaint will be processed for closure.If additional information is received at a later date, the complaint will be reopened, and a supplemental report will be submitted.

Upon a follow up with technical support the customer reported that the unit had an error code indicating low leak-co2 rebreathing risk.The customer was advised to replace the flow sensor.The customer had requested an onsite service.Unit is pending repair.
