It was reported by the manufacturer representative (rep) that when checking their inventory, they noticed moisture in the implantable neurostimulator ins packaging.The rep wasn't sure if the moisture could go all the way to the ins or not and sent back the devices for analysis.

Additional information was received from the rep that it looked like moisture but they were not sure what it was.Rep sent all of the ipgs back to manufacturer.
