Event Description
The customer reported that the device had a co2 rebreathing error and the tidal volume was not displaying a value.There was no patient involvement when the issue occurred.No patient or user harm reported.Per the diagnostics performed by the engineer, the customer reported that the device had a co2 rebreathing error and tidal volume was not displaying a value.The remote service engineer (rse) discussed the performance setup per "test 10" (page 250) of the service guide.The customer corrected the setup; however, the device was still displaying a co2 rebreathing error and the tidal volume was still not showing.It was then reported that the customer would run the following tests - air delivery, air flow accuracy and o2 flow accuracy.The rse discussed possibly replacing the flow sensor assembly if the recommended tests failed.Further information has been requested.If additional information becomes available at a later date, a supplemental report will be submitted.

H10: multiple good faith efforts were made to retrieve device evaluation, repair, and operational status on 08/22/2022, 09/23/2022 and 10/13/2022, however, yielded no response from the customer.It is unknown if any parts or repairs have been conducted.The complaint will be processed for closure.If additional information is received at a later date, the complaint will be reopened, and a supplemental report will be submitted.
