Event Description
It was reported that the left ventricular (lv) lead was surgically abandoned due to impedance issue caused by lead fracture.The lead fracture was suspected due to high threshold testing through the device and high lead/shock impedance.As a result, a new lv lead was successfully implanted.No additional patient adverse effects were reported.
