Event Description
It was reported that previous to a scheduled pulse generator replacement, this left ventricular (lv) lead exhibited high out of range impedance values and loss of capture.A lead fracture was suspected.This lead was surgically abandoned and successfully replaced.No additional adverse patient effects were reported.This device is not expected to return for analysis.
