It was reported that the water level sensor is not working.There has been no report of patient involvement or no observable clinical symptoms or a change in symptoms identified in the patient.

Other text: the device was returned for evaluation.The physical condition of the device indicated wear.Specifically, the front cover had a large chip in it, a discolored line cord, a corroded quick connect, and scratches on the water tank.Functional testing was performed; the float switch performed correctly but found the water tank cover cracked.The complaint was not confirmed.Repairs and/or replacements were completed.Preventive maintenance was performed.A manufacturing device history record review was not performed because the results of the complaint investigation do not indicate a problem with the manufacture of the device.(h6c, h6d, h6e).
