Event Description
It was reported that during implant of the right ventricular (rv) lead when connected to analyzer, cable and adapter, the impedance measurements were switched where the unipolar was greater than the bipolar.It was further reported that the issue was resolved after the lead was connected to the device.It was suspected that the impedance issue was due to the cable or adapter.The cable and adapter were discarded.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
